The group play the game of boule (Petanque), non-league, according to the rules of the British Petanque Association. This enables us to make contact with other clubs in the district.

It is a game that can accommodate all abilities and is not strenuous. We are a friendly and informal group so whilst our games are always competitive our main aim is to enjoy them.

We normally play for two hours or more every Friday afternoon with refreshment breaks as decided by each playing group.

So – if you have been thinking about it – don’t hesitate – contact us and come along, we have spare sets of boule so you can join in and enjoy the game of Petanque.
